We took a twin room with a balcony, a hair dryer and a mini bar, it was new-fashioned. The location of the property was good and incredible, in the airport at night or early in the morning.

As nice as flexible and good value. We stayed only one night as we had a meeting in Athins - arriving in the middle of the night - although the hotel is a small family business they offered a late check inn and indeed - we could check in at 4am! the whole staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professionel. The room was spacious, clean and practical. The breakfast simple but nice - the serive again was excellent.
Nothing - all was fine, relly and very good value for the money!

I loved the fantastic staff and how close it is to the Mediterranean. The convenient tram access made it easy to explore the city. I appreciated the comfortable room with a nice balcony. It's a great family-run spot with a cute vibe.

The staff in this hotel really makes you feel at home, are friendly, has a nice human touch, are always attentive to the needs they may have guests in your hotel. Willing to give information about places to visit or you can buy what you need. Staff polite, helpful, honest. Hotel with comfortable rooms to relax, the beach is close, although there are areas where you have to pay, there are other areas of the beach that you can visit without paying and is just beautiful. Good location to go to different parts of Athens and followed the service passes nearby, plus the tram station is located 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel is a good place to go for a getaway, the rooms have air conditioning, refrigerators, balconies, glass doors to isolate the noise from the street. I definitely recommend this hotel, the staff makes you feel like family, that's important, make guests no quieran irse y deseen volver.

If you're a foodie, check out Souvlaking and Sardelaki nearby for some killer local eats. The staff were a blast, caring, and flexible, and the clean rooms made it a solid choice-especially with a beach just a hop away.

I thought I booked a luxurious stay, but instead, I got a view of a wall! Plus, how does a hotel run out of hot water? The noise from the busy street was unbearable. A complimentary gesture or upgrade would have been nice, but I guess that's too much to ask at parthenis riviera. I'm appalled.

The stay was primarily for a family getaway and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The apartment we booked was newly remodeled and very spacious, perfect for our needs with kids. We were just a short walk from various restaurants on the beach, and we enjoyed the private beach access which included affordable options for chairs and umbrellas. The staff were helpful, arranging our airport taxi without any hassle.

Only stayed 1 night so no real opportunity to find any faults with it.
